Privacy, in plain words.

This page explains what information lumic LLC ("lumic", "we") collects through get-lumic.com and when you contact us, and what we do with it.

This website

• The site sets no cookies and has no forms, ads, or tracking pixels.
• Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google when a page opens.
• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and shows us only totals, such as page views and which pages people read.

When you email us

If you write to an address at get-lumic.com, we keep your message and contact details to reply to you and, if we work together, to do that work. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.

LinkedIn

We use a LinkedIn developer app only to publish posts to our own partners' LinkedIn profiles and our company page. It does not collect information about other LinkedIn members. When you interact with us on LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, or when the law requires it.

Client work

Data we handle for clients is covered by each client's written agreement with us, not by this page.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@get-lumic.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
